Honestly I have no idea any more, there's such high volatility and broad effect and the application of 'tarrifs' seems so haphazard it's hard to understand the effects on global trade and financial system from here on out.
However, if I look at how MQG traded today alone, I would have said that's a day of strength.
I'm long MQG and bought in today's open (but if you're following along with my posts I also recently bought at $214 and $199 in the past month), and am not claiming to be any whizz at trading/investing.
Maybe today looks like a reversal.
I also think Wall Street will fall when it opens on Monday and then ASX will probably follow as it does. Also am suggesting there's a reasonable chance of seeing some buyback notices from Macquarie again this week, base on the fact they were buying at $217 per share last time.
