I've been away for a few days and haven't been able to respond to this thread.
I shouldn't have referred to it as LVR, it should have been the margin rate of 70%. ie- you put up 70%, they lend you 30%. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
For anyone interested, you can go to the Macquarie Prime website and all the margin rates are there.
