The market is always hard to understand.
Buyers are probably thinking that there will not be any significant news for some weeks.
And somebody maybe just wanting the cash to put a deposit onto a house and then you get collateral damage of others that panic thinking that someone knows something and rush to sell.
Frustrating but on the information we have everything looks fine.
And when it turns up with a rush we will say, "Wish I had bought...
