MQG might be above Fair Value but it still resonably Good Value to buy with a P/E of 14.6 which is still below the Australian market of 15.2 and well below its Peers with average P/E of 21.3.. It is now a "Big Four" bank attracting many retail customers with their higher interest transaction account.
