0020 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Macquarie raises target price for Incitec Pivot
(IPL.AU) to A$2.88 from A$2.66 and maintains Outperform rating. Says positive results
from other fertilizer producers support view that global demand has bottomed and is now
recovering. "Traditional investment theory is to buy cyclicals when earnings bottom,
and there are signs of an upturn; we appear close to this point in FY09," Macquarie
