I called this out last year and got blasted for it. Do a quick search on Charles and you'll find your answer on his track record. Whilst MQR has some good land and potential, it's heavily misled by a team that looks to be a lifestyle funder.
The JV with MIN is great, but then again it's all just words if nothing comes of it, and ultimately big companies like MIN also do gamble on small fries like MQR.
