When is the revaluation of the US properties expected? Any guesses for the gross losses. I am thinking about 15% overall for the Property Portfolio and this will give us w us about 70 c AUD NAV (net of debt) we would still be trading at about 70% discount to NAV. Much larger losses or a big rally in the AUD/USD exchange rate could explain the current share price.
