The half year accounts released this morning show a significant improvement. Instead of operating cash outflows of $25m for $25m of receipts like last year, this half they only showed operating cash outflows of $3m.
This means they only need to reduce their payments to suppliers and interest payments by another 66% in order to generate the 80% operating cash flow margins that REITs generally earn in order to justify trading at NTA.
