Why should he leave Parliament? Tony Abbott has been the member for Warringah since 1994. Turnbull is a relative newcomer being elected into Parliament in 2004 in the seat of Wentworth.
Why should Tony Abbott's 22 years of service to Politics be thrown aside because Turnbull bulldozed him aside to be PM? Abbott did the hard yards in opposition and won the last election for the Coalition...regardless of opinions.
The left will always cry for Tony Abbott's blood, they still hate him for making Gillard look a total goose along with her mate KRudd...
Malcolm is an adult, I think, he is big enough and ugly enough to look after himself...if he thinks there is an issue with Tony Abbott then he can get off his bum and go speak to Tony and sort it out. He is the boss and can make decisions and / or recommendations...
I think Tony Abbott should stay, stand for re election and let the electorate make up their mind.
