So now companies are having quotas for the amount of women that they employ in executive and board positions.
We already have some companies that have quotas for indigenous employees.
What is next? Quotas for:
Muslims
Gays
Vegans
Handicapped
People with red hair
Albinos
Short people
Fat people
Mentally ill people
