    IMO, the RWNJs on these threads are lumping in Nuke powered subs with Nuke armed subs
    and of course there's a vast difference.

    IMO, if there is to be a serious conflict between the US & China , then it will be likely be Nuke;
    not conventional peashooters.

    This is why, IMO, the AUKUS deal with such a long supply time is simply a political softener
    for the Aus electorate to accept the inevitable Nuke Armed Subs deterrant.

    This leads to the question:
    "Will Uncle Sam hand over C & C to Aus over 6 Nuke armed subs or will the Aus taxpayer
    simply hire Uncle Sam to do the job for us like a mega Operating Lease?" (just a continuation of our love of outsourcing...eh?)
