Mr Cod is entitled to his view. If he is smart enough to get a free ride then so be it.

I joined the group because I want to maximise the price I get for my holding and waiting for a fair offer
from the majority owners has not been a good strategy to date.

This current offer is clearly a "we have you by the short and curlies" offer that bears no connection to the
actual value of the company.

So my view is that we assemble a group of like minded investors and we play hard ball with them. Hopefully we will play it better than they do.

I can't imagine why we would want to do a direct deal with them and exclude others who have not formally
joined in the battle. It is of no value to us and why would we want to let them get away with that anyway.

So if you haven't joined the group I urge to contact X immediately. There's plenty of room on the boat.
