It would be impossible to put in place and in any event teh NO vote getting up will be ?vote of no confidence" in any event .
The DEED with MB prevents the current or New BOD in doing things, and if they are terminated, it may trigger clauses in the employment contracts, that could see CTP become insolvent.
Best to leave things as there in my opinion and garner as many NO votes as we can,and let them all resign.
