Melbourne Cup 2009 I put 2 bets on.
First bet a boxed trifeca with 5 horse for $20
Second bet boxed first four with the same 5 horse for $20
Walked out of the pub with $22,000
These were the placings.
If I can do it again, not likely but possible, I will put some of the dosh to pay for a complete shareholder mail out to try get a majority vote against all resolutions at the AGM.
