FBG I trust your votes in the coming AGM are all "against".

We will vote down the resolution for the renumeration report giving the board an alarming first strike. 25%+ votes needed in poll.

The 10% capital replacement without shareholder approval resolution is a special resolution requiring 75% of poll votes to win, we will vote more than 25% "against" that resolution and vote it down.

The hard ones are the other ordinary resolutions requiring 50%+ to pass.

The board can call on all the brokers still holding shares to vote "for", those brokers hold 200 million plus shares otherwise they would have lost if they had sold.

I will be sending out a letter to those larger shareholders asking for their help to vote "against" all resolutions.

I will post the letter in a week or so when I have thought about it's content.
