Yes,based on the SP this CEO is a dud.The SP must be the true measure of his success.He might be a great guy who can get the desks in a neat row but that hasn't done my bank balance any favours.Meanwhile the market continus to rise.
They have a bloated staff level,not warranted by production/exploration or any other indicator.I'd prefer to save money by shedding staff.
