Do you realise TT is referring to today's placement in terms of only 750 thousand shares.

However, you stated the following "He bought 7,500,000 at 2c per share"

So, are you agreeing 100% that what you posted was wrong? Otherwise, it doesn't make any sense that you'd be agreeing with them.


TT, my comment was in reference to the initial announcement not the replacement. i.e. 150k

Thus, in that regard, NO, I don't believe the Co would have 150k in cash to disperse to Mr Fozard.


So, this 15k is what certain members here are regarding as 'significant' & 'bullish'?
