If that were a drop in the ocean compared with what I'd made from providing my services to the Co prior to becoming a director, then potentially yeah...I could forgo the cash for the shares.
Especially in the current environment. How would that look to SH's if I've just came on board and am already starting to milk from the cash teat of the Co?
