"Leadership sources from both parties tell me they think they can pass between five and nine spending bills, including the mammoth defense bill, funding more than half of the discretionary budget. They would then pass the remaining bills using a continuing resolution..."

A "mammoth" new defense spending bill. On top of the mammoth one they passed this fiscal year. Military spending on steroids.

What it means?

Bull market run going to keep going. Bond yields up. Rate hikes to continue. You can count on it. And inflation, too. Deficits widen, etc, etc.
