Not all Oil & Gas juniors and mid-caps will become the next Woodside. You need good management and a bit of good luck.
But, ARQ seem to have the 'good management' angle covered.
Best is to invest in a number of the better juniors.
If one or two graduate to better things, it wont matter if the rest go bust.
