Previous attempts at divestment doesn't inspire much confidence they could successfully maximise the benefit to shareholders ... IMO ... I think they would do better with a new leadership team. There are many aspects of the CEO Update that indicate a lack of confidence in future direction. A new CEO may be needed to accomplish that.
