On the 'List of orders' it has 14/12 down as the day for CD.

THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. Orders 6 to 16 (inclusive) and Order 29 made on 5 July 2018 are to be vacated noting however, that if, for some reason the consent determination does not proceed, the Court will put in place a timetable for the completion of the remaining steps so that the trial scheduled for 3 June 2019 can proceed.
2. The Consent Determination be held at 11am on Friday 14 December 2018 in Bimbowrie.
3. The oral application by Mr Campbell for a grant of leave to be heard as a friend of the Court on behalf of Ms Anderson is refused.

From my research (so I could be wrong) if the CD goes well (There is agreement between groups) we won't have to wait for the July 2019 date of trial in order to get out NTMA. it should happen soon after the DEC date.

However, I will not hold my breathe! as that may prove fatal.
