I was little dubious of 100 million tonnes a year quote, so went looking for another source. Alas, can't beat The Australian's paywall this time, but did sight a physical copy.
They're both reporting 100 million tonnes.
To put that in perspective, the previous SA Govt target (for magnetite) was "only" 50 million tonnes. http://www.energymining.sa.gov.au/minerals/about_us/initiatives/magnetite_strategy
If he pulls it off, he will need a lot of iron ore, perhaps even a "Pilbara-sized" deposit, and could throw off an eye-watering amount of free cash.
Little wonder he says: "its a huge opportunity a massive opportunity, almost one of its kind on this planet today".
