What a lemon. Deadweight is better. At worst deadweight is just baggage which holds you back. This entity on the other hand actively destroys things.
I look at Australian boards and can't but help feel directors as a collective are just looking after each other and giving jobs to the boys. Very few director appointments are merit based imo and sadly corporate governance standards do not really hold directors accountable for their performance.
