    The company tells me that they are giving the JV partners a little more time to get their plans together, then they intend to mobilize, with or without them

    C'mon Guys if what tmacc posts is true (and I have no reason to doubt him) why no thumbs up ?
    There's a lot more in that little post than many of the could would should mights and maybe's that get twenty and thirty thumbs up !
