Non executive director Phillip Jackson sold 1,000,000 shares in an off market trade .
Phillip Jackson is not involved in the day to day running of the company and hasn't purchased shares since 11/11/2010 . I will not be loosing any sleep over this . If Chris Sangster or John Bentley who are involved in the day to day running of Scotgold had sold some shares I would be having nightmares but I sleep like a baby in the knowledge that we are in good hands . No doubt Mr Jackson has his reasons and I will be putting the question to Phillip Jackson at the AGM .
