'You will note that a portion of these ordinary shares (625,000) were sold on the 7th March
2011 and to date have not been included in an Appendix 3Y within the required 5 business
days from date of transaction (14th March 2011).
I apologise for this oversight, however I was travelling over the period these shares were
sold and I had incorrectly assumed that these shares had been included in the securities
traded in the Appendix 3Y lodged on my behalf on the 3rd March 2011'.

I know there is T2 considerations so the sale could have been executed on the 3rd and cleared on the 7th but the 3Y on the 3rd was ann. at 10:16 am so would have proably been written before the market opened on the 3rd, i.e. written before the sale execution. All sounds very sloppy to me.
