Cant see that it clears it up, the only thing that is said is they did not pursue. Believe me I have had ASIC onto someone before and they didn't pursue as the guy didn't answer his phone lol's.
This was the answer I received after waiting months with no reply. They just said the case was closed as they could not contact him.
