I just thought the result of the ASIC action should be stated as well .. when mud is thrown, some of it sticks .. fair to post history, but don't leave it hanging with a ? !!

I agree it doesn't clear it up .. my words were perhaps unwisely chosen .. but why rehash something from five years ago, unless it has an impact on his involvement with PEN?

I hold, and will continue to hold .. the majority of the postings are invaluable, and have given me a much better insight into PEN.

Let's not dwell on the past, but look to the future!
