Or whatever level of retrace it happens to be at when that occurs will just happen to be one of the magical Fib numbers you pull out of a hat to make it seem you precited it with TA "if you take the 31.8% Fib and divide by the number of days since previous high and the full moon rotation rate in Radians per year, and the distance from here to Wyoming in cubits, it shows the support area".
