"The Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) has withdrawn charges in the Perth Court of Petty Sessions against former chairman, Mr John (Gus) Simpson and company secretary, Mr Stephen Randall, of listed olive oil company, Olea Australis.
The CDPP concluded that there were no longer reasonable prospects of conviction, following a review of new information in these cases."
