*John previously served 8 years on the Board of Directors of CryoCath Technologies, Inc., a public company listed on the Toronto stock exchange. CryoCath Technologies developed, manufactured and distributed products to the electrophysiology cardiologist for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. CryoCath Technologies was acquired by Medtronic for US$350 million in 2008


* John also served 8 years on the Board of Directors of SenoRx, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. SenoRx developed, manufactured and distributed products used by oncologists treating breast cancer. SenoRx was acquired by C. R. Bard for US$250 million in 2010.

* In 2007, John was Executive Chairman of the Board for CHF Solutions, Inc., a medical device company involved in the treatment of congestive heart failure. From 2001 to 2006, John was Chief Executive Officer of CHF Solutions. CHF Solutions was acquired by Gambro in 2010

* From 1997 to 2001, John was President and Chief Executive Officer of IntraTherapeutics, Inc., a medical device company involved in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of peripheral vascular stents. IntraTherapeutics was acquired by Sulzer Medica for US$150 million in 2001

do you think its coincedence that he is chairman of the board since the nasdaq inception ?

we have always been groomed for a buyout. are we 2 years away ? or are we one year away ?

question is , at a current all time low , for how much will we be sold

with another offering of 6.7m shares we stand at 25m o/s

$10 = 250m
$40 = 1b
$60 = 1.5b


can we go from $1 to $60 in 18 months ? crazier things have happened.
go up to 20-30 and with a buyout with a 100% premium.

point of this thread , after the sudden exit of the ceo and mr erb taking control ( he was the chairman before rosa left)
is there a plan all along ? take it close to the finishing line and SSH is swooped ?
is the price decline in order to favour one party over the other ?

exciting 6 months ahead , lets hope we have a complete opposite of 2015.
