even with good news in the first 2 months , will that news take us up 500% ? even a 500% from todays level wont get us to $9
no insider buying at record low levels.
no inst. major buying at these levels.
2 weeks after ceo departure announcement , not a single memo or news from the company on their plans or strategy.

im certain something is going on behind the scenes.
