He has already taken a wage cut , ok he is still on a bloody good wicket compared to most of us but at least he ( unlike most other CEOs ) did take a hit .
Further note that i doubt very much whether AJ reads Hotcopper , so your repeated calls for him to take a cut on here is kind of ridiculous.
