@BraveNewWorld you sound like an extremely disgruntled QF (probably former) staff member. Your attitude and irrationality is exactly why QF want to get rid of their entitled over-fed & under-utilised workforce. Go join a union fb group if you want to bitch about a hard working educated and highly motivated man who is successful because when the time comes he makes the difficult decisions that have to be made.
To suggest he should return his already reduced salary he has made is just naive and a typical outlook of an underachiever completely oblivious of ever having to make tough calls and shoulder any responsibility
