NOPE that is not factual ......... Joyce and all of those in upper management were not being paid their full wage as they voluntarily took reductions quite some time ago and as far as i am aware are still taking salary cuts to this day . Still pretty well paid obviously but they have at least tried to play their part and it was Alan Joyce who "suggested it" , although he apparently made it rather clear to all of those managers that if they didn't agree to take a cut that he would not be looking at them very favourably .
