I have worked under Alan Joyces' reign ever since he joined QF and while i agree he is overpaid ( then again what CEO isn't ) to say he should leave is ridiculous . It is only due to his good management that QF has managed to be well positioned in this time of crisis , personally i don't care for the guy but he has placed Qantas ahead of many other airlines world wide who are in dire trouble ( unless state backed ) .
