Thanks all for the comments. I rarely post on Hot Copper other than to correct any errors.
Firstly, I have sold NO stock in Prima BioMed (I know it is not OSL, but if a mis-statement is made in this forum, it is good to provide a correction.) This is verifyable by looking at the share register for Prima BioMed.
Secondly, my OSL CEO privilege allowed me to suggest, in conjunction with the board, a decision to bring a highly experienced individual with multiple successes in commercialization to guide OSL through the next important steps for OncoSil(TM), OncoCal(TM) and the best way to maximize shareholder value.
Mr. Kenny struck us all as the leader for these tasks, and I am delighted with his appointment.
Change is anticipation of the future in this case, and no doubt at the AGM, any questions about the transition, and the state of play regarding the key programmes, will be answered honestly, given current knowledge of the corporate operations, the current cash status and projections, and the positive sentiment in the company about a real potential game changer for patients with pancreatic cancer and other serious malignancies.
It has been my privilege and pleasure to have been at the helm, when we took a dormant product with immense potential through to a global development focus, a Key Opinion Leader sanctioned clinical programme, and revalidation of an industry standard manufacturing process in Germany to support clinical trial and commercial manufacture.
2015 will be a very important year for the company on so many fronts, and I will continue to provide medical and regulatory input based on my 30 years in industry as long as that is in the best interests of the company and its new leadership.
Biotech is an unpredictable business, but my choice to work with this company was (and still is) based on a very exciting lead product, with an opportunity to help patients with very serious diseases.
