Confirmed that the NZ vote went against the restructure, just now.
These comments from CEO boss BNB:
-------------------
But Larkin is warning investors to think carefully about voting for administration.
"It would be an emotional response from people from many people, we understand that. However, we do believe it is in the best interest of noteholders to vote for these (settlement) amendments," he says.
---------------------
Just shows he just does not understand, or have full comprehension of the situation....from the point of view of the OWNERS - HIS EMPLOYEERS of the company.
Why would anybody in their right mind, prefer to have 25 banks charging 20% interest PA....leaving zero, zilch, zip chance of any money left over (other than executive pays).......in preference to an independant third party (administrator) operating the company, so that all stakeholder have a fair chance.
Understand clearly BNB management....we (the owners of the company) want BBIPL in administration ALSO.
