I must admit KDR's legal defence thus far has not been strong enough. Its media campaign on this issue weak and public and investor affairs poor.

That is not helping.

But the law is IMHO is on KDR's side, my only fear is MZN want to take this to the High Court given its worth billions.

And This goes on for years.
