MZN never outlayed 1c for drilling on a KDR tenement nor paid 1c...

MZN never outlayed 1c for drilling on a KDR tenement nor paid 1c for any KDR tenement.....and they want a court to give them everything for a 7 month old 2 bit email ....that never became a binding agreement, after KDR spent millions on development afterwards......

There is simply no court on earth that will give MZN a cent so KDR will not either.

There is No performance, no consideration paid or accepted, no contract....not even a draft between two public companies. No intent to create legal relations as more than 7.months passed. All of the email and all and any of its contents will be voided. 2 public companies must have protections or any officer of the company could give away company assets to themselves or friends.

This whole case is a disgrace.

The market SHOULD NOT be penalising KDR but penalising MZN because KDR owns their resource outright........and the market should only Penalise KDR if a full and binding contract is proven which it cannot be as one simply does not exist nor EVER did.


KDR to $2.00 by June where we would / should be.... at least.
