Well mining nut good post. I'm sorry but not all of us are in a tax bracket to care about such inconveniences. If you want to lend me some money to pour into PEM at 10% interest with an inheritance as security maybe I can join you up there ;-). Seriously 10 grand if it takes off Ill give you a further 10pc of capital gains ;-).
