Moneytree, it's not about the solicitors finalising the binding agreement. The waiting game is on Tanzanite's JV partner, which is essentially the Tanz Government. Once they've signed off, it's basically a done deal that will be ready to be announced, but you can never hurry a government, as they have due process to go through.
But I agree with you, it's definitely a major leap forward, and the share price will jump, so hang in there.
