Yes Im still alive. Apologies to all, I was out of action for personal reasons for the past month but I was never out of NMS.
NMS is really looking the goods at the moment. I didnt expect NMS to turn the corner so quickly this week beign the last week of the financial year. I bought some more oppies on Tuesday at 46.5c and yesterday at 59c also. NMSO are undervalued given the expiry of the options are 2010 and th volatility of NMS. The volatility and time variables have not been factored into the tion price. NMSO should be 10c less than NMS I believe.
I think July will be comparable to the rise we saw in late Feb and early March. Once the IEV contract kicks off, the market will re-evaluate the real worth of NMS; much higher than the current market cap.
The next few quarters will see NMS in the process of an exxciting expansion phase. At the moment, projects being taken on is limited given the amount of resources they currently have available. There will be much more work conducted in Australia in the next year as there will have more staff on hand to fulfill the demand for underwater welding. The jobs NMS have completed thus far have been very successful and their techniques have revolutionised the industry.
The goodwill and value of the brand name of NMS will be much more powerful in the next year. The patent being granted is a step in the right direction.
Goodwill takes a few years to build up. A few more successful projects need to be completed by NMS before the demand for their services really take off and when they do they will be increasing at an exponential rate.
Whether they hit 90c today or not is irrevelant. Im accumulating more now to invest for the future of NMS next year and beyond.
