Funding is still a key issue - kicking the can down the road helps sell a message to the true believers but adding 6 months to the launch date adds 6 months of overheads before any reputable lender will give them the time of day.
The change in strategy is interesting - M2M and IoT is certainly where the customers are at but also where well funded and advanced competitors are at too.
