if it is true MIN is the buyer then IMO we will have a counter proposal on the table. I cannot see Chris Ellison letting Bill in at 8c when MIN pays 40c, $28m. MIN on their own would be equally as awesome for VXR as a deal with Bill.
and looking at the MIN business model it makes complete sense for them to be involved. The right commodity plus a new development to put all their contracting services to work.
I think we have a twist in the tail here and things could well heat up.
