It's a bit silly even chatting about that sort of stuff:
- Bill is putting in $37M of his cash into/and about to start turning VXR into another NST (and hopefully more)
- Bill sells NST's holding to MIN
- MIN, spending up to $28M to join the party, only does so to block Bill and kill the party and their investment? How does that make sense to anyone?! haha
Either way, MIN won't be blocking anything as they don't have enough shares or votes to block anything - ordinary resolutions at general meetings need 50% of vote to pass??
Anyway, looking good today - more people shaken out and more accumulated - 42c to 47c.
