That's my takeout at a well.
BB might not want to work for anyone else, but at the same time he's very aware of the fact that he needs to build a great team around him to achieve this. With BB intending to take such a big stake in VXR, it's fair to assume that long term holders are - by association - part of this team.
He's come a very long way with his current mindset, which has been extremely beneficial for all concerned. Why would he change a winning formula?
