Copper heading into structural deficit. In 6 to 12 months time, $9K a ton leading into a multi-year bull run. I would think Billy and Tony K both want to see the mine built but needs another discovery and/or sustained high Cu price hold in order to sell the story to the market. Post NST+SAR merger in Feb 2021, Tony K will join the NST board and the rest of the money will be there for VXR.
