Have a good long think about how you (or anyone) would answer that question when you are bound by confidentiality clauses in any takeover talks etc, or anything price sensitive for that matter.
They cant say...: "Oh yes, we are in talks with so & so about a takeover offer/merger/whatever" if its still being negotiated.
The question itself is ridiculous, its a blatant trap, or a way for the company to just say, no, nothing we can talk about right now.
So the answer may be no, but that dont mean nothings happening IMO.
Anyway, great day after early profiteers acted in their best interests at the time who I should imagine are now thinking they shouldnt have.....
I know I thought of selling and buying back later on as the day after most runs up like yesterday are usually followed by considerable drops/consolidation etc. That happened for like the first hr or so but it was on again.
Its got legs. Good looking legs.
